Why this property?

The INI-285 project is located in the municipality of Basaksehir or the new face of Istanbul as the Turks call it, in a very pivotal area called Bahcesehir.

The word Bahçeşehir means the city of gardens as a result of its green nature and clean air. The state has paid great attention in that region, so we find that most of the real estate projects in that region have been built by state-affiliated construction companies, such as Emlak Knut Company, which built our Bahçekent Tual project.

The project is residential par excellence, and it is considered an integrated city standing by itself due to the facilities it contains, as it includes within it an elementary and preparatory school that started the educational process with them, a private university, and a hospital, in addition to a huge commercial mall that will be opened at the beginning of next year.
